Working Principle
HS disk tailing recycling machine is composed of the host, unloading device, mineral collecting trough, chute and rack five parts. Its working principle is the host magnetic disk is installed in the chute; ore pulp flows in from an end of the chute; magnetic minerals are absorbed on the surface of the magnetic disk through gaps among magnetic disks; and the rest ore pulp of non-magnetic minerals flows out from the other end of the chute. The host rolling disk rotates and magnetic minerals absorbed on the surface of the magnetic disk are taken away from the ore pulp, and then entering the ore discharging area, the magnetic minerals absorbed on the surface of the magnetic disk are thrown into the ore collecting trough by the rotating ore discharging device inserting in the gaps of the magnetic disks and finally collected and output by the ore collecting trough.
Technical Performance
1、Magnetic Field Layout: Magnetic pole distance of the magnetic disk is small and there is no zero magnetic region between magnetic disks.
2、Ore Discharging: Ore discharging is non-contact type forced ore discharging. The surface of the magnetic disk is left a powder protection layer, so the magnetic disk surface has no wear. The service life of the entire machine is 8-10 times that of conventional ones. In the mean time, the grade of recycled magnetic minerals is improved.
3、Large Processing Capacity: The machine is specially designed for the re-concentration of tailings. Its structure has the feature of processing mass-flow and low-grade tailings and the processing capacity is several or even a dozen of times that of the existing cylinder magnetic separators.
4、High Recovery Rate: All materials passing the gaps of magnetic disks are subject to the action of magnetic field and magnetic minerals will be fully recovered, achieving a high recovery rate.
5、Water-saving: Due to the use of a unique field layout, magnetic minerals contain lots of water, the discharged minerals turn a flow state, so it basically needs not add water or add a small amount of water.
6、Electricity-saving: The processing capacity of a disk-type tailing recycling machine is several or even a dozen of times that of a single other ordinary device. And its installed capacity is only several kilowatts, so it has an obvious electricity-saving effect.
