The PYF series cone crushers are widely used in metallur-gical industry, building materials industry, road building industry, chemical industry and silicate industry, and are suitable for crushing of various ores and rocks with medium and higher hardness. Such crushers feature high crushing force, high efficiency, high processing capacity, low operation cost, convenient adjustment and econom-ical operation etc. Due to the reasonable selection of materials and structural design of the parts, the service life of the crusher is long, and the particle size of the crushed products is uniform, thus reducing the cycle load. In those medium-sized and large-sized crushers, the hydraulic chamber cleaning system is applied to reduce the down-time. Moreover, there are a great number of crusher chambers of each specification, and thus users can choose different chambers depending on their needs. This series of crushers is sealed using the lubricating grease, thus to avoid the frequent blockage of water supply and drainage system and mixing between water and oil. The spring safety system is an overload protection device and it can permit the foreign matters and iron blocks to pass through the crushing chamber without harming the crusher. This series of crushers are divided into standard type and short head type. Generally, the standard type has a large feed size and a coarse discharge size, while the short head type has a steeper crushing cone and a smaller feed size, which is conducive to the production of fine-grained materials. Therefore, the standard type is generally applied for coarse and medium crushing, while the short head type is applied for medium and fine crushing.
