Working Principle

　　The raw ore is fed to the forced feeder through the ore feeding tank and enters the ore feeding area in a loose state. When passing the magnetic field area, the mineral particles with strong magnetic properties are absorbed on the surface of the cylinder under the action of the magnetic field force in the magnetic system; and when the cylinder rotates, as the magnetic property of the magnetic system arranges along the circumferential direction alternatively, the magnetic mineral particles stir in chains, and some gangue mineral particles mixed in the magnetic minerals are cleared away, and magnetic mineral particles rotate along the cylinder and are taken away from the magnetic field area; weak-magnetic and non-magnetic minerals (gangue) are thrown away and discharged from the tailing area, then the separation process completes.
