　　PCL-type vertical shaft crusher is a new type crusher launched by us for all kind of minerals manufactories through independent research and times of tests. This product has the advantages that other types of crushers do not have. It is mainly applicable to the medium and fine crushing of ores. It can crush medium-hardness ores, gypsum slag, asbestos ore, limestone, iron ore, gold ore, coal petrography, and shale into particles with a size ≤6mm.

Working Principle

　　The material enters the machine from the upper inlet and falls by gravity, during which the material is crushed by a series of shocks of the high-speed rotating hammer continuously and then discharged from the bottom outlet. Materials crushed by such a crusher have fine particle sizes. It consists of a feeding part, cylinder parts, material discharging part and motor part. The machine case’s lining plate is cast of high manganese steel with a high hardness and a good wear resistance. The lining plate is cast with wave form patterns on the surface, which can improve the crushing efficiency and crushing ratio and reduce energy consumption at the same time. The crusher hammer is forged of 65Mn steel and has the features of high hardness, wear resistance and low consumption.
