三、The working principle and structure：
The basic working principle of the rotary sieve is: Minerals rotate to a certain height with the sieve and then are thrown down under the action of gravity, in which way, they are separated.
Its mechanism is mainly composed of transmission part, rotary drum, rack, bearing box part, hopper of materials above the sieve, hopper of materials under the sieve, dust-proof device and material separator. The sieve pore size can be designed according to users’ technique demands. The material discharging hopper rack, rotary drum rack, and big bottom rack are connected by bolts, which makes it convenient to transport and install. During design, considering maintenance and overhaul in the future, the dust-proof device adopts a two-part split design, and this design facilitates to installation.四、steps：
1、Turn on the power switch and allow the machine to run for ten minutes with no load.br /> 2、Feed materials through the inlet, the machine is in a normal working state.
五、Matters needing attention：
1、Stop feeding materials before stopping the machine, and cut off the power until all the materials on the sieve are discharged.
2、It’s strictly forbidden to start the machine after feeding materials; otherwise, it may tear the sieve and affect the machine life because the torque is too large.
