PEC SERIES JAW CRUSHER

Structural characteristics The movable jaw assembly is driven by two large cast steel or cast iron flywheels, and is made up of forged heavy-duty eccentric shafts, four large ball bearings of the same specification and the labyrinth seals used for protection of bearings to make the jaw robust and durable. "From inside to outside" chamber design is applied to minimize the occurrence of material plugging and to reduce the height of the crusher. The use of high centrifugal force, elbow plate inclination angle, large stroke, appropriate speed and flywheel inertia, and the high crushing utilization have ensure better crushing performance to produce finer crushed products than other jaw crushers. The complete cast steel bearing box can ensure a complete fit with the crusher frame and avoid unnecessary load on the bearing carrier. The cast steel assembly can be easily serviced or repaired after many years of operation. The double-wedge outlet adjustment system is simpler, safer and faster than the old shim adjustment system.
