    Working principle

    The GYW vacuum permanent magnet filter completes its work through continuous operations of the feeding, blowing, absorption, caking, dewatering, unloading, cleaning parts and so on. 

     

    The vacuum permanent magnet filter mainly relies on the open-circuit magnetic system composed permanent magnets located inside the cylinder to form the filter cakes. When the magnetic material is fed into the filling box, the solid-phase magnetic material in the box will be quickly adsorbed onto the filtering cloth of the cylinder in a magnetic cluster under the action of magnetic force and the gravity of particles (at this moment, the minerals in the filter cake can be layered by the particle size by meas of a proper volume of compressed air blast). Due to the upper feeding, the minerals in the filter cake are layered by the particle size more obviously, to obtain filter cakes with high thickness and good permeability. As the cylinder rotates, the cake is passed into the dewatering zone, and under the action of vacuum, the remaining water in the filter cake passes through the filtering cloth and is extracted through the filter chamber and these two vacuum tubes on the distribution head. The dewatered material is blown off by compress-ed air in the unloading area and the filtering cloth is delivered into the cleaning area after unloading. The cleaning operation is performed alternately by blowing air and water, and the water is blown out of the cylinder outward by the compressed air to form a better cleaning process, thus preventing the blockage of the pores of the filtering cloth and also providing good conditions for dewatering of materials next time.
