Structure and principle: With the application of the screen plate composed of powerful vibrating motor,

the screen obtains a high shock strength and long service life, and plus the firm and stable frame, a powerful and efficient vibrating dewatering screen with excellent dewatering effect is constituted. In particular, the screen surface is installed by inclining upward with a low front end and a high rear end, and thus the bottom of swirling flow flows into the screen plate to firstly build up a thick layer of dew-atering and filtering layer formed by the retained coarse slag particles. Under the action of high frequency vibration, the water gradually passes through the slag filter layer and is discharged into the water tray beneath the screen. The filtered slag gradually shifts forward to the rear end of the screen to fully discharge the water, and then the dry tail slag falls off and is transported away by the conveyor belt. be permeable, the high- concentration pulp in the upward-inclined screen is subjected to strong high-frequency & multi-frequency vibration, which not only makes it difficult for ore particles to go through the screen, but also achieves a very high dewatering efficiency.
