Purpose and characteristics

The YK series vibrating screens are circular motion vibrating screens, mainly applicable to coal, metallurgy, mining, electric power, light industry, building materials industry, and especially suitable for stone screening at the quarry. Working principle

The circular motion vibrating screen is a screening device for the single-mass forced vibratin system which uses the moveable parts such as the screen box and vibrator as the mass, the metal spiral spring as the elastic element, and the vibrator as the vibration mechanism. The motor drives the vibrator via the coupling, and the eccentric block rotates at a high speed to produce a strong centrifugal force, so that the screen box makes a forced continuous circular motion while materials are continuous thrown on the inclined screen surface along with the screen box. When particles are being throwed, they are layered and pass through the screen to complete the grading process again and again.
