Working principle

After the ore is fed into the crusher, the ore is crushed under the impact of the hammer head rotating at a high speed. The ore gains the kinetic energy from the rotating hammer head and hits the shell lining and

screen bar at a high speed, and at the same time, the ore is also subject to the crushing action arising out of mutual collision among ores. The ores are discharge from the gap of the screen. Those greater than the gap of the screen are further hit, grounded and crushed, and finally discharged from the gap of the screen.
