Purpose

The ZSW series vibrating feeders are a kind of equipment that uses the principle of vibration to feed materials, and they are suitable for mineral processing, building materials, silicate and chemical industries, to deliver ores and rocks of a size not greater than 600mm for the subsequent process (with screening).

Working principle and structural characteristics

The ZSW series vibration feeders are mainly composed of vibration frame, vibrator, spring, motor vibration frame and motor etc. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts which mesh with gears at specific positions, and these two gears must be meshed in accordance with the marks at assembly. It is driven by the motor to rotate these two eccentric shafts, thus producing in a huge resultant linear excitation force, so that the feeder body vibrates forcibly on the supporting spring, while the materials are performing sliding and throwing actions on the trough by taking such vibration as the main force, thus to move the materials forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the materials pass through the toothed screen plate on the trough, the smaller materials can fall through the gap of the toothed screen plate without passing through the subsequent crushing process, achieving the screening effect.
